Bill’s Blue Deodar Cedar is a broad pyramidal conifer tree that makes a wonderful living Christmas tree.  It has attractive grey-green foliage and slightly arching branches.  Prefers full sun and rich, moist acidic well-drained soils.  Heat and drought tolerant once established. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low maintenance plant. Tip blight and root rot may occur, especially in poorly-draining soils.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Specimen or mass plantings,  Borders,  Naturalized Areas, Woodland Garden, Screening, and Shade Tree.

COMPANION PLANTS:   Crape Myrtle, Magnolia, Japanese Maple
